Lt. Keith Muncy

Lt. Muncy is the Director of Sarasota PAL. A graduate of Saint Leo's University, Lt. Muncy joined the Sarasota County Sheriff's Department in 1984. Lt. Muncy has worked in several areas within the Sheriff's department including the K-9 division, Dive Team, SWAT Team and as a supervisor in the Criminal Investigations Division including child abuse investigation. Lt. Muncy has served on several local and statewide boards with organizations that benefit and protect children.

Patty Campbell

Patty is the Director of the PAL Sailor Circus and handles the fiscal business of PAL. Patty is a Sailor Circus Alumni, having participated in the program from 1969 to 1976.  She became a Coach/Rigger in 1991, and in 1993, began serving as the Assistant to the Director of Sailor Circus.  She is also the mother of 4 Sailor Circus Alumni and has 1 child still in the program.

Jim Shirley

Jim is the Director of Development for the Police Athletic League.  Jim joined the PAL
team in 2003.

Deputy Kevin Sugg

Deputy Sugg is the Director of the Englewood Program.  Deputy Sugg received his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Erie Community College in Buffalo New York and joined the Sarasota County Sheriff's Dept. as a Night Shift Patrol Officer in 1992.  He joined PAL in 1999 as the Director of the Venice Program and in 2004, has been assigned the additional responsibility of the Englewood Program.

Deputy Greg Cramer

Deputy Cramer is the Director of both the Newtown and the McIntosh After School Programs.  Deputy Cramer joined the Sarasota Sheriff's Dept. in January, 1994 as a Corrections Training Officer at the jail.  In 1996, he joined the Night Shift Patrol and then transferred to Community Policing in 1999 as a Field Training Officer where he remained until joining PAL in 2002.

Susan Loeffler

Susan is the Production Assistant of the PAL Sailor Circus.  She is a Sailor Circus alumnus who performed from 1978 to 1988 doing side-by-side trapeze, tumbling, adagio, swinging trapeze, web and flying trapeze and more.  She went on to perform at Flying High circus while attending school at FSU.  Like many alumni, Susan returned to help coach, organized our alumni show of 1999, choreographs our dance numbers, and was the circus director for 3 years. 

Michelle Rinaca

Michelle is the Office Manager for PAL.  She joined the Sheriff's Office in July, 1996 as
a 9-1-1 Dispatcher.  She has also worked as the Publications Specialist in the Media Liaison section of the agency.  She transferred to PAL in 2006.  She now handles our administrative duties including grant writing, web site maintenance, and event coordination.

Ashley Dietch

Ashley is the Secretary for PAL.  She joined the PAL team in 2005.
